Secretary of State for the Colonies.

(Received Colonial Office 8.25 p.m. 10th February 1917)

9th February. Norwegian steamer "DRUFAR"

being detained. Chinese steamer "YUAN KIM SENG"

referred to in my telegram of 8th February, has been

purchased by a British firm the PHRANANG Steamship Company, and has been released. She is proceeding to HONGAY for coal and returning to Hongkong.
